The Foundry Ministries, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Computer Center Supervisor.  The Computer Center Supervisor oversees the sorting, repairing, and pricing of electronic and technical equipment. In addition, the Supervisor determines allocation of resources for optimal profits.


  • Oversee the daily operations of the Computer Center
  • Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and pricing technical equipment
  • Ensure all computer licensing and privacy policies are followed
  • Support the store teams and management with promotions and special events
  • Partner with the Shipping and Receiving Manager to determine items that will be moved to the Computer Center for pricing, repair, and display
  • Responsible for maintaining a neat, orderly, and clean work area and sales floor display areas
  • Ensure all merchandise is placed on the sales floor in a timely manner
  • Train, cross-train, and supervise all program participants on store policies and procedures
  • Communicate with recovery program staff on issues and concerns
  • Evaluate program participant performance and provide feedback via phase meetings and program management software program(s)
  • Submit disciplinary reports for program participants in accordance with program guidelines
  • Able to work all shifts as needed
  • Promote a collegial atmosphere within the thrift store departments, working cooperatively with all team members to assist them and the department attain their overall goals



  • Associate’s Degree; or two (2) to four (4) years’ experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • Retail and/or thrift store sales and customer service
  • Minimum of two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in basic technology services.


  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with minimum supervision

Must be able to:

  • Read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and professional periodicals, journals, and government regulations
  • Write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and job aids
  • Effectively present information, train staff on new equipment and upgrades, and respond to questions in a timely manner
  • Interpret instructions provided in written, verbal, diagrammatic or scheduling formats
  • Utilize diagnostic to determine and resolve equipment issues
  • Lift 25+ pounds
  • Basic understanding of the principles of report writing and record keeping
  • Strong service oriented attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Servant leader
